Well, I don’t think there are any painless or damage-free ways to evolve, sad to say. Sorry, dear.

Much like genetic mutation and natural evolution, we need to sustain damage in order to know what we need to develop in order to survive, in order to thrive.

Maybe a tipping point is a good indicator of something, but don’t let it be the catalyst of big decisions like how you’re going to develop.

And if you give up the chance to learn from people, to take from their actions and ways, to be influenced by who they are and not only how they act or how they make you feel, then you can’t very well comfortably /be/ with many people, can you?

I think the more evolved you are, the less it seems like you’re at a place where you needn’t go any further. Perhaps, the more evolved you are, the more you search for the way forward without insisting on knowing it already
